The Program
-Begins July 2011
-Designed as a development role for new or recent graduates
-Positions involve working in a number of different functional and geographic areas over a dynamic 10-month training period. -Includes both supply (brewery production) & commercial (sales/marketing)
-Successful candidates have the opportunity to learn the business through a number of short-term, cross-functional assignments
-At the conclusion of the program, trainees will assume entry-level management positions with the opportunity to advance within the organization

Requirements
-B.S. in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain/Logistics or a related degree
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented approach
-Sharp analytical skills
-Strong desire to learn and develop
-Driven to deliver results against stretch targets
-Excellent verbal & written communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Proven leadership ability
-Must be willing to travel extensively and be mobile within North America throughout the duration of the program
-Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
-Qualified applicants will have an anticipated graduation date of December 2010 or May/June 2011
